Lighthouse Dynamic A2.4 Indoor SMD LED Display Series reaches the highest British National Product Performance classification in related to fire retardant requirement
Hong Kong – 29 January 2018 - Lighthouse Technologies Limited (Lighthouse), a leading LED video display solutions specialist, aims to ensure the highest level of product safety with its newly launched Dynamic A2.4 Indoor SMD LED Display Series, which conforms to BS476, Part 6 & 7, Class 0 Requirement of The Building Regulations 2010 Part B Volume 1 standards.
As more and more countries invest in modern transportation systems, the installation of LED digital display advertising solutions has become more prevalent. Those building regulations bring with it the need to ensure the LED display materials they are made from conform to certain fire retardant standards.
BS476, Part 6 & 7, Class 0 is a stringent standard that measures the actual contribution made by the display’s components to the propagation of a fire. It is a widely used and recognized flame retardant standard and is particularly important for products used in areas where large numbers of people are present, such as public transportation.
