Lighthouse Technologies' Velocity Series (“VII Series”) HD LED video board has recently been installed at Williams-Brice Stadium of the University of South Caroline to deliver unmatched video quality.
William-Brice Stadium of South Carolina Gamecocks is recognized as one of the finest facilities in all of college football. Carolina annually ranks among the nation’s leaders in attendance, and Gamecock fans are regarded as some of the most loyal in the country.
The 8mm LED Surface Mounted Device (SMD) video screen, at 37.6-by-11.2 meters (36-by-124 feet), will deliver unmatched quality with more than 6million pixels. Featuring 1344 pixels high by 4512 pixels wide, the greater-than-HD display provides superior contrast and colors reproduction. By utilizing the latest SMD technology, the screen features greater pixel density which provides crisper visuals, particularly for fine details, even at short viewing distances.
